We have had a very positive response from our CNA's after training. One thing I did wihen teaching was give them an example of daily rates from lets say a RVB to a RVB about $60 a day. I told them how important they were and how we wanted them to get paid for what they did. When they saw that what they did really counted, they were jazzed. I had a personal example to give them with one of the aids on the floor....It is a process though, follow up, auditing, and personal 1:1 teaching after training is critically important.
