I was reading through GG in the updated RAI. I thought I heard somewhere that we were going to have to establish goals on every single question in GG come October. Page GG-64 states a minimum of 1 self care of mobility goal must be coded. However you may choose to complete more.
Do you feel we should be putting a goal for each question or just 1 (I currently put one in self care and mobility) when October comes around?
