Greetings from your Board of Directors

We just finished our January AANAC Board Meeting the this week.  We started with a learning circle after watching a short (9") video by Bill Thomas on youtube titled "Eldercare, Aging, and Us."  Thought you might want to pause, and think about what he has to say about leadership and compassion.  It may be helpful to understand the anxiety and stress you experience at times as a healthy part of change.    The video link is below.  Hope to see many of you in April @ the Jacksonville Conference.
